Before we begin
Is Launch a one-time service?
Yes. Launch covers the agreed digital setup and owner handover. Ongoing support is discussed separately through Spark, Accelerate or Elevate.
Do I need a new logo or brand identity?
Launch works with your existing brand. If you need a new identity, we can scope the relevant Branding & design work separately.
Are domain, email and other subscriptions included?
Third-party costs are separate. We identify which services are needed as part of agreeing the setup.
We agree the scope before work begins. Third-party costs and ad spend are separate. New project work is scoped separately.
